Papers will be reviewed on the basis of an extended abstract (not exceeding 3 pages) of sufficient detail to permit reasonable evaluation. The cover page should include paper title, list of keywords indicating the paper's topic area, author's full names, affiliations and complete addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
