Registration

All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). FULL registration includes access to all technical sessions and workshops, a copy of the conference proceedings welcome reception, three luncheons, and conference banquet. The banquet ticket is not included in the STUDENT registration (for IEEE student members).

Online Registration
Online registrations are submitted through EDAS http://edas.info.
  • Login to EDAS and update your profile under the "My profile" tab. (including t-shirt size)
  • Click on the "Register" tab and select "ICUWB 2009".
  • Check the appropriate boxes and pay fees with credit card.
(If you do not have an EDAS account yet, it is created at http://edas.info in less than 2 minutes.)
Accommodation
Please book your accommodation in the conference venue, the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The ICUWB discounted rate of CAD 199 per night applies until July 15. Book online https://resweb.passkey.com/go/ieee9ub.
Visa Letter
An invitation letter for 2009 IEEE ICUWB for your visa application can be printed through your EDAS http://edas.info account. Go to the EDAS page of your accepted paper and click on "Visa letter".
